Biathlon BC day licenses

We will be participating in a biathlon day while in BC.  Other than Elise, Olivia, Sara and Johan, every exchange participant needs a biathlon BC day license.

Please print and sign the following form

Day Membership Application

Then either 

1) scan it and e-mail to me

2) print it and bring to the practice this week

Don't worry about the $5.50 fee, this will be covered by the BC club as part of their exchange expenses.

Please complete the form and return to Jeffrey by this weekend.
